With the creation class nearly completed and the draft right around the corner, many teams have already started formulating a plan as to how they want to build their team. With two major schools of thought...winning now or building for later, it is interesting to see how many GMs are thinking of going each way. So, no better way to push the debate from Slack to the boards than with a poll! So, which way are you leaning?

Think I am going to go the way of seeing what falls to me. I mentioned elsewhere on the board in Legends Draft, I moved to try and get youth and it wasn't the greatest idea for where I was drafting. Going to let the draft come to me!!

Definitely aiming at winning now but that does depend on where the picks fall so it could just be a mid playoff seed with younger guys (not 19 y/o) that take a season or two to get to winning status.

Depends where my picks are. Looking to build a dynasty so all options will be evaluated when the order/pool is finalized.

The good news is a lot of the studs are between 25-28 so you can establish a lasting competitive team for a few seasons from the start

Trade with a few of my old favorites and try and keep my playoff streak alive from Legends.
May not be realistic depending on where I pick but year one goal is just make the playoffs and see what happens. Year Two we're shooting for the title though.

Same as last time: Win a title the first season, and then suck for the next 10-15 years.

Nothing wrong with winning early.

Nothing wrong with winning early. Especially if it's the Knicks doing the winning

I wanted to be the guy who clicks youth and build for tomorrow. But what seems to be like an amazingly talented draft class, If I get a team I will be building for the NOW.
