Name: Keith McLeod
Position: Point Guard
Number: 20
DOB: Nov. 5, 1979
Age when drafted: 22
College: Bowling Green State
Hometown: Canton, Ohio
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 188
STRENGTHS:
McLeod has the potential to be a decent third-string PG. He doesn't have a ton of weaknesses. He has a decent shot, can attack the rim, makes smart plays, and gets after it on defense. He's also pretty strong for a PG and isn't afraid to play with the best in the world or take a big shot. He might be able to make a roster.
WEAKNESSES:
McLeod doesn't quite have a discernible professional skill. His jump shot is ok, but not a weapon at all, and he struggled to employ it in the NBA, shooting just 28% for his career. He's not really a passer, either, more of a scoring guard who won't be able to score in the pro's. He could attack the basket in college, but doesn't have the athleticism to do so well in the NBA. He's a low efficiency guard, shooting 36% for his NBA career. Defensively, he makes an effort, but is a little slow-footed, and his gambling for steals gets him into foul trouble.
