How do you generally improve team cohesion?? Mine has been poor but not sure if it depends on how long a team has been together etc.

I've been struggling with this for seasons. I agree with Cairo's statement above but in Legends I didn't trade as often as many others who consistently had much higher cohesion than I did.
I think there must be more too it though. Probably about having a balance of talent helps.

It's very strange -- I've had my cohesion go up after cutting a guy. I've also had it go up after trading 2 or 3 starters. I will say the one constant is that over time, it can go up as well but I think a lot is dependent upon your overall roster construction.

Where does one find his team's collision? In the game. Thanks! What kind of effect would it have on a team's performance? Would it be specific to something like passing?

My team cohesion just improved to poor from bad after making a few trades. Roster is more well rounded now and there is decent depth. So I think that plays a part in it

Thanks! What kind of effect would it have on a teams performance? Would it be specific to something like passing? It effects the overall performance of your team, so I'm sure passing is effected. I noticed teams with good cohesion do well on the road.
