So I totally just thought of this now that the season ended, wish I had thought of it during survey time. One huge flaw in the Anti-Tanking rule is what happens when two teams tie for a spot as the Lakers and Bulls just did. I think its very silly that we just go by a random "coin flip" by the game and that between two teams that tie in record one gets royally screwed and one gets hooked up for just a completely random thing in the game. Yes ik a lot of this game is random, but I think this is something we can figure out a workaround to.
Personally I would say that it should go by Head to Head record between the teams, with the team that has the BETTER head to head record being rewarded.

I honestly like that one team randomly gets screwed. Last year, both teams actually got screwed and ended up with picks 6 and 7. I feel like that dissuades tanking more than having a tiebreaker would. Then again, having a tiebreaker would make teams submit winning depth charts at least when they're facing the team they might have a tiebreaker with.
