Heads Up: Not sure how you ended up over the HC between sim one and two but this gets you back under but also puts you at just 10 players. It'll be a strike at minimum for this sim if you don't get back up to 12 before the sim. If not sorted out after that, I'll have to talk with the rest of the committee because your roster currently isn't valid.
