This definitely makes the class more interesting. Newer classes are always intriguing because the players haven't finished developing. I think we can all assume Davis will be a star and Beal might be Sam Jones 2.0, but I'm wondering about the following: - Draymond Green: Played a huge role last year, but he's not a stats guy. Might be kind of like an unathletic Dave DeBusschere from last year's class. - Damian Lillard: I love the guy, but he's so bad on defense. Will anyone use a top-5 pick on someone with zero defense? - Andre Drummond: How much offensive skill does he get? Should go top-10 just like Bogut/Bynum last year, but he's a lot more athletic and a better rebounder. If he has some offensive potential, that's maybe top-5. - Jeremy Lamb: He's finally starting to break out in real life, but he'll probably be one of those Y/G guys who flames out here. Green isn't a stats guy? He's averaging 12 8 and 7 this year with 1.3 steals and 1.4 blocks. He should be Emiliano Rodriguez with much better passing. Damn, didn't notice he was assisting that much. Still, a 12ppg scorer in a context like ours might be an 8 ppg guy. Do you want to start someone that deficient at scoring?

One could argue that Green probably would be a 16-20ppg guy on a team where he was any kind of option

He has an inconsistent jump shot, a little bit of a roll game, and a little bit of game down low, but I'd expect him to get exposed if he were relied upon heavily to score.

Final update! Let's all welcome a healthy number of big men to the draft, with McHale, Davis, and now Zo and Shaq.
Still no Wilt, Walton, or KAJ. But I guess we have Hakeem.
