STRENGTHS:
Larry Sanders, when he left the NBA, was one of the most promising young bigs in the league. He earned his $44 million contract with his blocked shots and rebounding. His best season, Sanders averaged almost 13 points, 13 rebounds, and 4 blocks per 36 minutes. He turned himself into quite the enforcer of the Bucks' defense and was quick enough to switch out onto the perimeter and rotate quickly for blocked shots.
WEAKNESSES:
Being the biggest headcase from the 2010 draft is kind of like winning a Razzie. You're the absolute worst of the worst. Sanders provied himself to be a giant headcase, playing himself out of the NBA after earning a great contract. Sanders had numerous on-court incidents, in addition to problems with assault, drugs, anxiety, and depression. It's hard to gauge how his career could've turned out had he not messed it up. Sanders was also injury-prone and only played one full season. Despite his defensive prowess, Sanders was a bit iffy in his post defense and was prone to fouling. He was very raw entering the NBA and did not become a full-time starter until his third season, still never averaging over 30 mpg. On offense, he does not have a very good touch, has no jump shot whatsoever, and really isn't going to provide much.
