Portland.
First off I want to point out that this was an extremely close election that might not be clear when you see the final results. We had a three way tie pretty much throughout between New Orleans, Portland, and Beijing. Portland pulled away in the last day to land the spot but I think any of the candidates would've been welcomed addition. Again though congrats to Portland, I'm sure you'll do great.
