A couple of notes:
1) Draft Picks CANNOT BE TRADED. Once you have picked you may trade the player selected. This is an important distinction.
2) No time limits to start
3) Players available are the players with a contract for next season (2007) from Newcastle, Los Angeles, Mexico City and KK Cibona
4) You must have hardcap space available to absorb the players contract in order to draft them. I.E. if you are at 70 million in salary you cannot take on a player making over 10 million dollars. This is from your 2007 salary cap.
5) You inherit the players birds rights
6) You may pass on your picking by posting pass when you are on the clock
