StrengthsTruly an unheralded player, Dan Majerle (pronounced MAR-lee) was a great 3 and D player of the 1990s. He finished on two all defensive teams and made a career 36% from 3 point range. He had a great handle and almost never turned it over. Size to defend both SG and SF. Good at generating steals (1.4 / 36 minutes). Decent defensive rebounding ability. WeaknessesDid not slash to the basket much or create many free throw opportunities. Average, but not outstanding passer. Liked to take a lot of 3s but has only good, not great ability. Not a great offensive rebounder for the small forward position. Notes3x AllStar
2x All NBA Defensive Selection
Led the NBA in 3PT Field Goals Twice
Career 39th in NBA Turnover Percentage (Good Handle)
80th in career NBA Box Plus/Minus
