Off Season Review: Seattle Supersonics Key Players: Dimitris Diamantidis, Joel Embiid, KC Jones. These three youngsters (24 and younger) will log heavy minutes this season and be the focal points of my offense and defense. Notable Changes: KC Jones. traded up to take a lockdown defender and distributor of the ball. expecting legit assists and great defense from him day one. If he scores anything more than 10 points per game, he will be a legitimate threat. Rookies to Watch: KC Jones. Yeah he is a rookie and everyone in the league better watchout for the one man press. Biggest Strength: athletic, youthful defenders. I have 4 guys that project as plus defenders with solid stats in the athleticism department as well. Biggest Weakness: inside scoring. Embiid is our inside presence and he isn't exactly a threat from the low post at this point in his career. What to watch for in Training Camp and the Preseason: Dimitris and Embiid. These guys have a lo of potential to fill out and them taking the next step is huge for our team to take the leap from late lotto to solid playoff team. We will make the Playoffs if: Embiid and Dimitris fill out extraordinarily fast We will miss the Playoffs if: Everyone has a normal TC. Visual that Sums up your off season:

Off Season Review: Milano Olimpia Key Players:Our key players are going to be PF Rasheed Wallace and SF Antonello Riva. We need Rasheed to score on the inside and for Riva to score on the outside. That will be the first stage in building this GM failure team into something better. Ole Rasheed needs to hit the glass harder in year two and Riva needs to get a magic athletic burst. Notable Changes:
The only change that we have in the rookie Deron Williams. We needed a center or a shooting guard but decided to take a guy that could be a combo guard. Rookies to Watch:We need Deron Williams to develop and start from game one. Not sure if his first year will be at SG or PG. We will all have to wait and see. Biggest Strength:This team has little in the way of strengths but I would have to say post depth. We like the guys we have that can play PF/C. Rasheed, Splitter, "Spicy" McCormick, Gathers and Catledge are all guys we will try to find minutes for this season. Biggest Weakness:The guard position. We never found a guy to play SG last year and will continue in year two without a clear guy for the job. Webb or Deron will more than likely have to play the position unless Gathers wins the starting SF and Riva plays SG, ehcih didn't work last year. What to watch for in Training Camp and the Preseason:For the skills of Deron and Rasheed to increase in the right places. Plus we need to see Splitter or McCormick bump. Gathers is also on the bubble. Basically we have a lot of guys that are going to become players or become bench riders in the near future. We will make the Playoffs if:
Deron Williams and Rasheed Wallace become the super dangerous W squared combo that we dream about! We will miss the Playoffs if:TC f**ks us in the **s and everyone turns into stone babies. Visual that Sums up your off season:
